Wording
Please make sure to draft all of your wording exactly as you would like it to be printed. LQDS is not responsible for omissions, typographical errors or other false information. Proofreading and correct information is the client’s responsibility.
 
Proofs
You receive two free electronic proofs with your order. Each additional proof is $25, billed separately, so please make every effort to draft your final wording before sending it to us so as to minimize the number of proofs.
 
Lauren will communicate with you if she has any questions while preparing your proof. You will receive a proof of your item(s) within five business days. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email notification that your proof is ready within that time frame.
 
Shipping
After we receive your final approval, your order will ship within ten business days.
